<br />(A) Core Shack and Dump (#4). A small waste dump lies in the <br />wooded area below the core shack labeled #4 on the Mining Plan <br />Map. <br />(B) Gate and Dump (#5). Avery small dump lies adjacent [o the gate <br />labeled #5 on the Mining Plan Map. <br />(C) Access Road. A combination of overburden, waste ore and road <br />fill line both sides of the access road between the gate labeled #5 <br />and the Mine. <br />(D) Waste Dump (#10). A substantial waste dump, labeled #10 on the <br />Mining Plan Map, lies opposite the Mine entrance to the west of <br />the access road. The dump is outside the permit boundary, and <br />Applicant does not intend to disturb it. <br />(E) North of Permit Boundary (#11 and #12). Two waste dumps are <br />located on an unused extension of the access road just north of the <br />permit boundary. The first, labeled #11, is north of the dump <br />labeled #10. The second, labeled #12, is immediately above and <br />east of #11, across the access road from the Mine entrance grates <br />labeled #3. <br />Applicant does not intend to disturb any of these waste dumps. All of <br />them are outside the permit boundary. <br />(iii) Chute #6 . The ore chute, labeled #6 on the Mining Plan Map, is located <br />on the waste dump labeled #10. It is outside the permit boundary. <br />Applicant does not intend to disturb the ore chute. <br />(iv) Chute Post (#7). The chute posts, labeled #7 on the Mining Plan Map are <br />located west of [he two grates labeled #3. They are outside the permit <br />boundary. Applicant does not intend to disturb the post. <br />(v) Magazine/Core Storage (#13). Previous operators drove a short tunnel <br />eastward from the east edge of the access road just south of the permit <br />boundary. The tunnel enters the mountainside approximately 12 feet to 15 <br />feet, and could have been used as an explosives magazine. It presently <br />holds several old core boxes. The tunnel is labeled # 13 on the Mining <br />Plan Map. Applicant does no[ intend to disturb the tunnel, which is <br />outside [he permit boundary. <br />(vi) Rubblized Area (#14). The shaded area labeled #14 on the Mining Plan <br />Map is an exposed portion of the pegmatite dike and rubble left by <br />previous operators. Applicant does not expect to disturb this area. <br />(vii) Roads. Applicant does not intend to construct any new roads. The <br />existing access road is labeled #S on the Mining Plan Map. <br />Exhibit E - 3 <br />
