<br />Reclamation Plan Map <br />The Reclamation Plan Map is included after the Mining Plan Map. The following narrative <br />completes [he infornration required by Section 6.3.5 (3): <br />(a) Gradient of Reclaimed Slopes. Applicant does not anticipate conducting any <br />operations outside the Mine, other than loading tracks at the Mine entrance. The area within 30 <br />feet of the Mine entrance slopes gently east toward the Mine entrance. The reclamation plan for <br />the Mine entrance area includes only revegeta[ion [o meet the requirements of Rule 3, Section <br />3.1.10. Applicant does not intend to disturb the existing rock faces surrounding the Mine <br />entrance, and these faces, with the existing grate in place, are anticipated to remain in their <br />current state following reclamation. <br />(b) Areas Without Vegetcuion; Trees and Shncbs. The vertical rock faces surrounding the <br />Mine entrance will not be revegetated. The slopes above and east ofthe Mine entrance will not <br />be disturbed, and therefore will no[ require re-contouring or revegetation. There presently are no <br />trees within the Mine entrance area or parking area, and none are proposed for planting as part of <br />the Reclamation Plan. <br />(c) Ao3tds. No ponds are part of the Reclamation Plan. <br />(d) Replaced Overburden. No overburden is anticipated to be removed, and the <br />Reclamation Plan does not call for replacement of any overburden. <br />(e) Replaced Topsoil. No topsoil is anticipated to be removed, and the Reclamation Plan <br />does not call for replacement of any topsoil. <br />Exhibit E - 4 <br />
