After increasing <br />the permit financial warranty to include mining of Unit <br />II, stockpiled overburden outside the north edge of Unit I <br />(in Unit II) shall then be dozed into the excavated pit <br />along with the estimated 4~t-foot depth of overburden that <br />overlies the south half of Unit II. The overburden dozed <br />back into Unit I worked-out pit shall then be smoothed to <br />nearly flat and topsoiled with the Unit I topsoil that was <br />stockpiled west of Unit I. A wheeled elevating scraper <br />shall be used to spread the topsoil. Revegetation seeding <br />and mulching shall follow topsoiling at the next climatic <br />opportunity. <br />Permit financial warranty shall be adjusted to credit for <br />reclamation work performed and/or partially complete in Unit <br />I mining area, and increased to include the stripping of <br />topsoil from Unit III. <br />MINING UNIT II <br />The 6 to 12 inches of topsoil covering Unit III shall be <br />stripped and stockpiled 25 feat west of the west edge of <br />that unit, beginning 400 feet north of the permit/property <br />southwest corner and extending north the 150-foot width of <br />that unit. Processing and stockpiling of gravel <br />products extracted shall occur simultaneously in the <br />formerly used 4-acre pros/stock area to the south east. <br />
