• I • <br />CUP 87-18 <br />within the ten (10) year term oP the permit, iP <br />such access may prove to be unsafe or unhealthy, „ <br />the County should reserve the right to require <br />different or additional conditionns regarding <br />access during the term of the permit according to <br />the following specified conditions. <br />c. The site is off sufficient size. <br />d. The site will be served by streets and roads of <br />sufficient capacity to carry the traffic generated <br />by the proposed use, and the proposed use will not <br />result in undue traffic congesting or traffic <br />hazards. <br />e. The proposed use, iP it complies with all <br />conditions on which this approval is made <br />contingent, will not adversely affect other <br />property in the vicinity of the general health, <br />safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the <br />county, end will not cause significant air, water, <br />noise or other pollution. <br />2. A Conditional Use Permit shall be issued to R.E. MONKS <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY contingent on the acceptance and observance <br />by the Applicant of the following specified conditions: <br />a. Conditional Use Permit be issued Por a ten (10) <br />year term. <br />b. Review oP the permit yearly to determine <br />compliance with the conditions. <br />c. Proof of the right of ingress and egress over and <br />across McKenzie and Kerrigan property for the <br />purpose of handling all vewhicular traffic <br />necessary to operate the pit for a minimum period <br />of 20 years or 10 years with a binding option for <br />another 10 year extension. <br />d. Applicants shall conform to all plans, drawings <br />and representations submitted with or contained <br />within the application except as may be <br />inconsistent with the other provisions aP the <br />permit. <br />
