BE IT RESOLVED by the Board oP County Commissioners of
Fremont County:
THAT WHEREAS, 8~__E._-M4NK~~4~1~T&~TI9SI~4MPAN3C~_ih~r~afT~t
~~AAD11S~¢~_1 has made application for issuance of a Conditinal
Use Permit pursuant to Section 600 B oP the current zoning
resolution of Fremont County to operate a sand and gravel mine
which application has been designated as CUP 87-17; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
concerning said application on October 27, 1987, at which time
comments and evidence were considered, including all materials
contained as part oP the application and which were in the
county's file concerning the application; and
WHEREAS, it appears that issuance of a Conditional Use
Permit is appropriate;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board oP County
Commissioners of Fremont County that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners of Fremont County
make the following findings with respect to the application for
issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Applicant as follows:
a. The procedure requirements Section 600 B of the
current Fremont County Zoning Resolution have been
met.
b. The location of the proposed use is compatable
with other land uses in the area and does not
place an undue burden on existing transportaion,
utilities, and service facilities in the vicinity,
except as otherwise noted in these findings:
The access proposed in the application which
provides road ingress and egress shall be to the
west of Eight Mile Creek and through the Fremont
County Airport. It is satisfactory at this time
given the present state of development and
activity at the airport. However, at some time
