As per application, access <br />limited to State Highwy 50. <br />to the site shall be <br />Applicants shall comply with all laws aad <br />regulations oP the State of Colorado, its agencies <br />or departments, the Board oP County Commissioners <br />of Fremont County, and the United States of <br />America, its agencies or departments, as now in <br />force and effect or as the same may be hereafter <br />amended. <br />g. Applicants shall obtain and keep in effect all <br />other permits required by any other governmental <br />agency and as otherwise may be required by Fremont <br />County. Revocation, suspension or expiration of <br />any such other permits shall revoke, suspend or <br />terminate the permit authorized hereunder, as the <br />case may be. <br />h. The applicant shall provide the Fremont Caunty <br />Department of Planning & Zoning with copies of any <br />technical revisions to its Mined Land Reclamation <br />permit, and with any copies of any and all annual <br />or other mining reports required by any <br />governmental agency. <br />i. All loads of material transported from the site <br />shall be securely covered to prevent any of the <br />•° material from. escaping in accordance with any <br />applicable laws, rules or regulations of the State <br />of Colorado. <br />j. Termination of lease prior to termination of <br />Conditional Use Permit will result in termination <br />oP the Conditional Use Permit. <br />k. A dust suppressent shall be applied whenever <br />conditions warrant to the access road from State <br />Highway 50 to the existing site. <br />Notwithstanding, the term for which this permit <br />will be issued, the permit shall be subject to <br />additional review by the Board of County <br />Commissioners if documented instances or <br />situations are occurring which cause unsafe or <br />unhealthy conditions with regard to truck access <br />or hauling.
