or departments, the Board oP County Commissioners
of Fremont County, and the United States of
America, its agencies or departments, as now in
force and effect or as the same may be hereafter
amended.
g. Applicants shall obtain and keep in effect all
other permits required by any other governmental
agency and as otherwise may be required by Fremont
County. Revocation, suspension or expiration of
any such other permits shall revoke, suspend or
terminate the permit authorized hereunder, as the
case may be.
h. The applicant shall provide the Fremont Caunty
Department of Planning & Zoning with copies of any
technical revisions to its Mined Land Reclamation
permit, and with any copies of any and all annual
or other mining reports required by any
governmental agency.
i. All loads of material transported from the site
shall be securely covered to prevent any of the
•° material from. escaping in accordance with any
applicable laws, rules or regulations of the State
of Colorado.
j. Termination of lease prior to termination of
Conditional Use Permit will result in termination
oP the Conditional Use Permit.
k. A dust suppressent shall be applied whenever
conditions warrant to the access road from State
Highway 50 to the existing site.
Notwithstanding, the term for which this permit
will be issued, the permit shall be subject to
additional review by the Board of County
Commissioners if documented instances or
situations are occurring which cause unsafe or
unhealthy conditions with regard to truck access
or hauling. During such review the Board may
