4.0 COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS <br />Lafarge West, Inc. will construct the conveyor crossing in accordance with Section 23-2- <br />480 of the Weld County Code as follows: <br />23-2-480(A) No activities are proposed within the Floodway of Idaho Creek or Boulder <br />Creek therefore this section is not applicable. <br />23-2-480(8) An elevation certificate will be completed and certified for the conveyor <br />crossing after completion, but prior to final inspection as required by 29-2- <br />100 of the Weld County Code. <br />23-2-480(C) This section is not applicable. <br />23-2-480(D) This section is not applicable. <br />23-2-480(E) The conveyor structure does not have to be anchored to resist flotation, <br />collapse or lateral movement. <br />23-2-480(F) This section is not applicable. <br />23-2-480(G) This section is not applicable. <br />23-2-480(H) This section is not applicable. <br />23-2~80(I) No use or structure is proposed within the FW (Floodway) District. <br />23-2-480(J)See Elevation Certificate. <br />23-2~80(K) See Elevation Certificate. <br />23-2-480(L)This section is not applicable. <br />
