5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
• Lafarge West, Inc.'s proposed conveyor crossing of Idaho Creek will not
adversely impact the 100 year floodplain.
• The conveyor crossing as shown will not alter the impacts of flooding on adjacent
or downstream properties.
• No rise in the 100 year flood surface elevation will result from the construction of
the conveyor crossing.
• The conveyor structure does not require anchoring.
• An elevation certificate will be completed and submitted following construction.
