Additional monitoring may also be required whew the detection limit for a parameter is above the appropriate water quality cra„~a~~. 5. FYeauencv and Sample Type - The monitoring frequency for acute WET tests shall be quarterly, con¢nencing with the first full calendar quarter following the permit effective date. Quarterly test results shall be reported along with the Di^^~'ha7 ~m Monitoring Report (DMR) sul~itted for the errl of the reporting calendar quarter (i.e., WET testing results for the calendar quarter ending March 31 shall be reported with the IIrIl2 due April 28,with the rama;n;r~ WET testing reports SUbDlitted with Q~^ due each July 28, October 28 and January 28). The results shall be submitte3 on the Acute Toxicity Test report form, available from the Division. Copies of these reports are to be submitted to both the Division aryl EPA. The permittee shall conduct each acute WET test in general accordance with methods d~ibed in the Division guidance doamp~t entitled C~.idelines for Conductira Whole Effluent Toxicity Tests. The permittee shall pct an acute 48-hour WET test using Ceriodaphnia sp., and an acute 96-hasr WET test using fathead minnows. Acute tests will be replacement static tests of a single effluent grab sample. The monitoring frequency for acute WET tests shall be quarterly, cm~¢nencing with the first full calendar quarter following the permit effective date. Quarterly test results shall be reported along with the Disc3~arge Mcnitoring Report (DMR) sulsnitted for the erri of the reporting calendar quarter (i.e., WET testing results for the caler~ar ~ta~tur ending March 31 shall be reported with the CMR due April 28, with the *~++,'+ ~ *+; *~ WEP testing reports submitted with LNIlZ.s due each July 28, October 28 and January 28).
