Additional monitoring may also be <br />required whew the detection limit for a parameter is above the <br />appropriate water quality cra„~a~~. <br />5. FYeauencv and Sample Type - <br />The monitoring frequency for acute WET tests shall be quarterly, <br />con¢nencing with the first full calendar quarter following the permit <br />effective date. Quarterly test results shall be reported along with <br />the Di^^~'ha7 ~m Monitoring Report (DMR) sul~itted for the errl of the <br />reporting calendar quarter (i.e., WET testing results for the calendar <br />quarter ending March 31 shall be reported with the IIrIl2 due April <br />28,with the rama;n;r~ WET testing reports SUbDlitted with Q~^ due each <br />July 28, October 28 and January 28). The results shall be submitte3 <br />on the Acute Toxicity Test report form, available from the Division. <br />Copies of these reports are to be submitted to both the Division aryl <br />EPA. <br />The permittee shall conduct each acute WET test in general accordance <br />with methods d~ibed in the Division guidance doamp~t entitled <br />C~.idelines for Conductira Whole Effluent Toxicity Tests. The <br />permittee shall pct an acute 48-hour WET test using Ceriodaphnia <br />sp., and an acute 96-hasr WET test using fathead minnows. Acute tests <br />will be replacement static tests of a single effluent grab sample. <br /> <br />The monitoring frequency for acute WET tests shall be quarterly, <br />cm~¢nencing with the first full calendar quarter following the permit <br />effective date. Quarterly test results shall be reported along with <br />the Disc3~arge Mcnitoring Report (DMR) sulsnitted for the erri of the <br />reporting calendar quarter (i.e., WET testing results for the caler~ar <br />~ta~tur ending March 31 shall be reported with the CMR due April 28, <br />with the *~++,'+ ~ *+; *~ WEP testing reports submitted with LNIlZ.s due each <br />July 28, October 28 and January 28). The results shall be sut~nitted <br />on the Acute Toxicity Test report form, available from the Division. <br />Copies of these reports are to be submitted to both the Division aril <br />EPA. <br />
