Special Monitoring <br />Four Time Analysis <br />In order to develop a sufficient data base for proper evaluation of the <br />water quality impact of the disCt~ZTLje(s), the permittee shall monitor <br />the following parameter at the specified d;G-~+arae point on a quarterly <br />basis for four sets of data. A report of "No Discharge" shall not be <br />counted as one of the four sets.
