<br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />The reclamation plan will need to discuss plans for use, disposal, or reclamation of the excess <br />overburden generated during the mining_pr9cess. (The Division has estimated a surplus of <br />83,700 cu.yd. of overburden). ~ ~,,.r--t ~~(~~,•~;, ~~~ ;~~~ <br />6.4.7 EXHIBIT G -Water Information <br />Attached is a copy of comments and permitting requirements from the Office of the State <br />Engineer (OSE). In the absence of securing the necessary OSE approvals by February 19, 2001, <br />the applicant may commit to no exposure of groundwater or use of surface or groundwater at the <br />site until all required OSE approvals have been secured. Please address. <br />6.4.8 EXHBIT H -Wildlife Information <br />Prior to a Division recommendation of approval, the applicant will need to provide a <br />description of the game and non-game resources on and in the vicinity of the application area per <br />Rule 6.4.8. In addition, please address any mitigation measures to be implemented to mitigate <br />impacts to wildlife (if any). <br />6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs <br />5. In conformance with Rule 6.4.12, the reclamation cost estimate may need to be revised to <br />include the following tasks: <br />backfilling of 6950 lineaz feet of "cut" pit slopes to 3:1 reclamation contours (156,300 cu.yd.) <br />use, removal, or reclamation of ?83,700 cu.yd.? of excess overburden <br />rip, scarify, seed, & mulch 8 acres of stockpile/access areas <br />dewatering costs assuming pits are filled with water during maximum disturbance <br />The above requirements may be modified depending on mining and reclamation plan changes. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Upon review of the stability analysis provided, the Division has concluded that the setback <br />distances as proposed in Exhibits C and S aze acceptable. As a follow-up, the Division will <br />require that the applicant commit to marking the underground utilities and establishing the <br />setback lines on the ground prior to mining.
