One agency that you will need to <br />contact is The Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of Health and <br />Environment to determine whether or not you will be required to obtain stormwater <br />permits for you sites. Their contact information is (303) 692-3606 or 692-2000. <br />6.3.7 EXHIBIT G -Source of Legal Right-to-Enter <br />No comment. <br />6.3.8 EXHIBIT H -Municipalities Within aTwo-mile Radius <br />No comment. <br />6.3.9 EXHIBIT I -Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br />No comment. <br />6.3.10 EXHIBIT J -Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners <br />and Soil Conservation District <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.3.12 EXHIBIT L -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />No comment. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please <br />remember that the decision date for this application is April 7, 2006.
