However, our files comain <br />incomplete information for this area, as most of Colorado has not yet been inventoried for cultural <br />resources. There is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within the permit area. <br />Should human remains be discovered dttring mining activities, the requirements under State law CRS 2480 <br />part 13 apply and must be followed. <br />Please note that our review of your project is expedited when you indicate the extent of the proposed <br />permit area on a legible portion of the appropriate and clearly identified 7.5 minute USCS <br />topographic map. The map enclosed indicates only the approximate location of the subject property on a <br />map of much larger scale. <br />Thardt you for the opportunity to comment.
