The IvLnor Subdivision Regulations for Delta County adopted by Resolution 95-R-002 as <br />amended, shall be amended by the addition of Section 2.1.D., as follows: <br />D. Interim Policies <br />Notwithstanding any other provision ofYhese Regulations, the Board of County <br />Commissioners, from time to time, may adopt, by resolution, interim policies which <br />modify the submittal requirements and procedures for certain types of land divisions. Any <br />interim policies adopted by the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to this <br />subsection shall conform to Colorado law. <br />3.
