The Board heard this application at their regularly <br />scheduled meeting on May 31, 1994, at which time evidence and <br />testimony was presented with respect to this application. <br />7. The Board finds that the Applicants have complied with <br />Land Use Code criteria for Subdivision General Submission and <br />a Growth Management Quota System exemption. The development <br />right associated with the parcel will remain with the 29 acre <br />County lot being created as part of this subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board hereby grants <br />Subdivision General Submission and a Growth Management Exemption <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Subdivision General Submission approval shall establish a 29 <br />acre lot in the County and a building envelope which coincides <br />with the 9.9 acre Mined Land Reclamation Permit boundary <br />within that lot.
