DH-80 is not depicted on the geology map as lying on cross-section C-C'. <br />Rule 2.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />48. Page 2.04-10 of the permit text states "This fracturing is mainly associated with igneous <br />intrusives, which have not been encountered in the azea." Igneous intrusives aze <br />encountered within the permit azea, mainly as sills. This statement is incorrect and needs <br />modified or deleted. <br />49. The map which depicts wells, water rights, ditches, etc. should be referenced in the text <br />under the heading Alternative Water Supply. <br />50. The scale baz on Water Resources Map 2.04.7-1 is incorrect. It should be I inch equals <br />1000 feet. <br />51. How will the bathhouse water from the bathhouse for the underground mine(s) be <br />handled? <br />52. The elevations, in addition to the location of monitoring stations should be provided on <br />a map according to the standazds of Rule 2.10 (Rule 2.04.7(4)(b)). <br />53. Why does the gradient map for the underburden depict a different gradient than described <br />in the text? <br />Rule 2.04.8 Climatological Information <br />54. The information presented in this section is in compliance with the Rules. <br />Rule 2.04.9 Sails Resource Information <br />55. The legend on the Soils Map 2.04.9-1, is insufficient. The legend does not define the soil <br />mapping symbols. Definition for soil mapping symbols; CED, C2D, C3F, Ml 1D, PJE, <br />PJF, and P3E, should all be included on the map. <br />56. Rule 2.04.9(1)(d) and (e) require the applicant to include: <br />(d) A narrative or table shall be provided which addresses the suitability of <br />each major soil horizon as a plant growth media based on its physical and <br />chemical characteristics. <br />
