Pursuant to the requirements of this regulation, Blue Flame <br />needs to specify the identification number of the application or of the <br />permit and the date of issuance (if approved). <br />2, Blue Flame should list Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) <br />under this exhibit since the P1SHA permit is required and provided the <br />necessary information to comp]y with this regulation. <br />2,04,6 Geology Description <br />1, There appears to be a discrepancy between the discussion in the last <br />paragraph of page 4 and a review of the Geologic Plan Map. The text <br />specifies that the upper two members of the Mesa Verde Group are <br />exposed on the property whereas this map only depicts the Dlenefee <br />Formation of the Mesa Verde Group as being exposed on the property. <br />Please address this difference. <br />2, The first paragraph on page 5 briefly discusses a lower, unexposed coal <br />seam. The Geologic Plan Map, however, does not depict this lower coal <br />seam. This map needs to be modified to accurately depict this lower <br />coal seam. Also, the text on page 5 should be expanded to specify the <br />distance between the exposed and unexposed coal seams. <br />3, The Geologic Plan Map should be modified to portray the approximate <br />location of the lower aquifer. <br />2.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />1, The fourth paragraph on page 6 specifies "Surface runoff on the permit <br />area {disturbed mine bench) is collected via the drainage channels and <br />
