The application contains <br />mitigation plans for the watering ponds. BRL should reword its application to include a <br />brief discussion of stock watering ponds and mitigative methods in this section. <br />2.5 LANDSLIDES <br />Paragraph 1 <br />No response required. <br />Paragraph 2 <br />BRL proposed the amendment of page 42 of the SUBSIDENCE HANDBOOK, which <br />addresses the appropriate steps to be taken in regard to "MASS MOVEMENT FEATURES <br />- LANDSLIDES". <br />4.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECO11~Il~1ENDATIONS <br />SUBSIDENCE HANDBOOK <br />Paragraph 1 <br />No response required.
