Two <br />2, The applicant should submit a land use map prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of 2.10 and utilizing the land use designa- <br />tions of 1.09 (or provide a cross-reference to those designations <br />utilized by the applicant). <br />3, For the McCallum Mine the applicant needs to provide the addi- <br />tional information: <br />A. The coal seam mined. <br />B. The extent of coal mined. <br />C. The approximate dates of past mining. <br />D. The uses of the land preceeding mining. <br />E. The location and extent of acreage disturbed. <br />4. The applicant should describe the existing land use classification <br />under local law of the permit and adjacent area. y <br />5. The applicant must submit a narrative addressing the condition, <br />capability and productivity of the land within the permit area <br />(2.09.3(2)). <br />2.04.4 Cultural and Hisotric Resource Information <br />1. The State Historic Preservation Office has reviewed this section of <br />the application and has determined that no cultural resources are <br />in or determined eligible for the National Register of Historic <br />Places. <br />2.04.5 General Description of Hydrology and Geology <br />1. The applicant should provide a regional geologic map, prepared in <br />accordance with 2.10 which should show outcrops and subcrops of <br />strata (including any potential bedrock aquifers), surficial <br />geology, regional structure, areas of ground water recharge and <br />discharge. <br />2. The applicant should provide a narrative which addresses the <br />regional geology and hydrology, by discussing the regional struc- <br />ture and stratigraphy, surface and ground water systems, and geology <br />of the regional which affects the hydrology of the permit and ad- <br />jacent area. <br />2.04.6 Geology Description <br />1. The applicant needs to provide a more thorough discussion of the <br />stratigraphy and structure of the permit area. <br />2. The applicant should submit a site specific geologic map prepared <br />to the specifications of 2.10 which delineates all mappable units <br />including but not Iimited to, outcrops and subcrops, known aquifers <br />in the area, areas of faulting, folding or jointing, and landslide <br />features. <br />
