Alluvial Valley Floors <br />Impacts to alluvial valley floors in tracts C-22676 <br />east and west (Fig. 2) should be insignificant pro- <br />vided that these areas are not physically disturbed <br />by mining or related activities as stipulated by <br />regulations 30 CFR 715.17(j). <br />5. Soils <br />The mining of the subject parcels would result in the <br />disruption and removal of the existing soil regimes. <br />This disruption could result in increased runoff and <br />erosion which could adversely affect the natural produc- <br />tivity of the soils. <br />6.
