Converted to the current use. The subirrigated/irrigated pasture has been in that <br />use for a minimum of 25 years (personal communication with NeL Williams, local <br />landowner by Roy Karo of PVCC on 02/25/93). <br />The reference areas for dryland pasture end subi rrigeted/irrigated pasture ere under <br />management control of HGT I. HCTI will ensure that these lends will be properly <br />managed in accordance with appropriate pasture husbandry practices. Both pasture <br />areas may be subleased to local operators. Leese agreements will specify proper <br />management of these lends. <br />Tab 20, page 12, has been revised to make the terminology for the rangeland <br />reference area consistent with new Figure 20-1 (see response to Item 16 below). <br />Page 14 has been revised to clarify management and control of the reference areas. <br />16. Reference Area Location Mao <br />New Figure 20-7 entitled "Reference Area Location Map" has been included as new page <br />15 to Tab 20 to address this concern. See responses to PAR Item 15 for a discussion <br />of reference area management and Control. <br />•Tab 26, page 12 has been revised to reference new Attachment 20-1 which presents <br />information from the Seneca 11-V permit (N0. C-82.057) regarding the reference areas. <br />17. Voodv Stem Density Standard <br />The Colorado Division of 4ildl ife (CDOV) has been sent a letter requesting that a <br />woody stem density standard not be required for the reclaimed rangeland type. <br />Verbal toncurrente was received on Narch 9, 1992 [personal communication from Jim <br />Norris, CDON, to Vern Pf annenstiel). A letter from the CDOV will be submitted to <br />the DMG documenting their concurrence with HCTI's request for deleting the shrub <br />density standard when it is available. <br />'Tab 10, page 5, first complete paragraph, was revised to adjust the acreage in the OHG <br />Vegetation Type to account for the incidental permit boundary change. <br />FISH AMD VILDLIFE RESWR[ES INFORMATIOY - RULE 2.04.77 <br />18.
