Possible Presence of Threatened and Endangered Species <br />The Threatened or Endangered Species section of Tab 11 and Tab 21 (Fish and Wildlife <br />Plan) have been revised to address the species of concern. <br />20. Protected Stream Status <br />The Fishes and Other Aquatic Organisms section of Tab 11 has been revised to include <br />en evaluation of the benthic invertebrates in Dry Creek with regard to fulfillment <br />of the requirements for a biological community as defined by Rule 4.D3.18 (3). The <br />evaluation has resulted in the need for a stream buffer zone. Tab 14 page 3, and <br />Teb 21 have been revised to incorporate protection measures in the stream buffer <br />zone. <br />21. A commitment to design relative structures is on page 2, Tah 12. <br />The language has been clarified on page 3 to reference ditch designs for haulage <br />road HGLF-HR2. <br />24.
