<br /> <br />Measures to be employed to minimize or prevent impacts <br />to the sites in question will be addressed in detail if and <br />when the sites are "listed on the National Register of His- <br />toric Places" as required in Section 2.05.6(4)--Colorado <br />Regulations. As noted above and in Section 4.1.3 of the text, <br />all sites in question are outside of potentially disturbed <br />land and as such will not be impacted prior to such designation. <br />2.04.5 <br />The hydrology sections of the application have been <br />rewritten and include more detail, as agreed upon in meetings <br />and discussions among OSM, CMLR and SEI representatives. The <br />additional and rewritten information, along with indicted <br />water levels on Figure 4.2-5, and clarification of numbers <br />on Figure 4.4-1 will suffice to provide information adequate <br />for the purpose of characterizing the hydrogeology of the <br />permit area, Additional Field and "E" Logs have also been <br />provided.
