The proposed mining method is Che most economical and <br />technically sound method of mining the "E" seam. <br />Rased on informati.nn contained in the mining plan and the analyses noted <br />above, the plan complies with the Mineral Lr_asing Act, the 30 CFR 21l <br />requirements, and 30 CFR 8 U S9 (coal recovery). <br />i~ <br />
