The Division <br />will conduct at least two additional checks with the system during <br />decision and issuance. <br />2.03.6 Richt of Entrv Information <br />~3. Please provide a complete and detailed legal description of <br />the proposed permit boundary in this section as required under <br />Rule 2.03.6(1). This description should be of sufficient <br />detail so as to be duplicated on the ground by Division <br />personnel or consultants. This may include township, range <br />and section descriptions and metes and bounds where necessary <br />to describe non-uniformly shaped parcels such as triangles. <br />The Special Warranty Deed, Assignment, and Bill of Sale as <br />presented in Exhibit 1 partially suffices as a description of <br />documents upon which the applicant bases its right to enter and <br />conduct coal mining operations. One item that will require <br />clarification is that the corporate and notarial seals are not <br />legible on the Division's copy of the Deed so; <br />1 4. Please submit a copy of the signature pages of the Deed with <br />a legible corporate (if available) and notarial seal. This <br />could be accomplished by highlighting the seal on the original <br />before making a copy. <br />U 5. On map 2 (coal ownership) there is a portion of coal owned by <br />Deloris Wood (labeled as 04) and James and Carolyn Norris <br />(labeled as 05) located within the permit area for which Bowie <br />Resources, Ltd. (BRL) has not provided the right to enter or <br />lease information. Please provide this information or explain <br />its omission. <br />2.03.7 Relationships to Areas Designated Unsuitable for MininC <br />The letter contained in Exhibit 14 shall suffice as a written <br />waiver for conducting coal mining operations within 300 feet <br />measured horizontally of an occupied dwelling. <br />2.03.8 Permit Term information <br />No response required. <br />
