The <br />application was called complete on February 23, 1996 and the <br />initial decision date is June 22, 1996. <br />The review is organized such that each major information category <br />contained in the application will be listed, followed by general <br />comments and specific questions. In this initial letter even if <br />there are no comments or questions under a section it will be <br />listed and followed by "No Comment". The questions will be listed <br />in sequential order from the beginning to end of the review. There <br />are a total of 92 specific questions plus additional questions for <br />the gob pile design and subsidence study included in this letter. <br />In general, the application is well organized and follows in a <br />logical manner with the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Board for Coal Mining and the application outline. The following <br />questions and comments constitute the preliminary adequacy review. <br />2.03.4 Identification of interests <br />It has come to the Division's attention that Larry Addington may be <br />connected to a number of mines located in the state of Tennessee. <br />The information submitted with this application did not list any <br />permitted mines in the state of Tennessee. <br />1.
