Vehicle traffic from Routt County Roads <br />33, 498, 27 and 179 is also audible on the tract. <br />K. Cultural Resources <br />1. Historic <br />Six historic sites have been discovered on or near the <br />proposed lease tracts. The first site is the James Rossi <br />Ranch (EF-001) which was recorded by Calvin Jennings, <br />Colorado State University in 1975 (lease C-26913). The <br />site is numbered SRT35 and is located on private land <br />owned by Energy Fuels. It is next to the main-haul road <br />for mine number 1. <br />The second site is the Butler/Hudspeth Ranch (EF-004) <br />which is located on land owned by Energy Fuels and is <br />directly adjacent to proposed lease tract C-22676. The <br />surface is owned by Energy Fuels as is the subsurface. <br />Site EF-003 is a log barn located right next to the pit <br />of Energy Fuels Mine number 1. It is located on private <br />lands (an existing Federal lease C-081330). Site number <br />EF-005 is the remains of a log cabin located near Fish Creek. <br />It is on proposed lease C-22644 and is owned by Energy Fuels. <br />Site numbers EF-002 consists of a dry-laid rock foundation <br />about 15 feet by 25 feet. It also has an associated rock <br />wall about ten feet from the foundation. This <br />73 <br />
