<br />AIR RESOURCES <br />Climatological Baseline Data <br /> <br />The climatological baseline data are adequate and the appli- <br />cant is in compliance. <br />Fugitive Dust Control Measures <br />The fugitive dust control measures are adequate and general- <br />ly represent the best available control technology for fugitive <br />dust control. The applicant is in compliance. <br />Air Quality Monitoring <br />The applicant submits that an air quality monitoring program <br />should not be required on the grounds that there will be less <br />than 50 tons per year of controlled emissions. Since the pro- <br />posed mine production is less than 1,000,000 tons per year and <br />the company has already obtained emission permits (numbers C-12, <br />820-1 and C-12, 820-2) from the Air Pollution Control Division of <br />the Colorado Department of Health this submission is acceptable <br />as long as the conditions noted in these emissions permits are <br />adhered to. The applicant is in compliance. <br />-71- <br />
