For a temporary cessation of operations plan the <br />applicant should commit to submitting a plan within 30 days after <br />a cessation of operations begins, in accordance with section <br />4.30.1 of the Colorado Permanent Regulatory Program. The follow- <br />ing stipulation is therefore proposed: <br />The applicant shall submit a plan for permanent cessation <br />of operations that commits to fulfillment of reclamation <br />responsibilities should operations permanently cease. <br />Additionally, the applicant should commit to submitting a <br />plan for temporary cessation of operations within 30 days <br />after such cessation begins. The information should be in <br />accordance with section 4.30.1 of the Colorado Permanent <br />Regulatory Program and should be submitted within 30 days <br />after the permit is issued. <br />Protection of Underground Mine Morkings <br />The applicant has stated that there are no underground mines <br />in the vicinity of the permit area. Therefore, this section is <br />not applicable. <br />-67- <br />
