The applicant shall request approval from the regulatory <br />~~ authorities for any roads that will not be reclaimed and for road <br />surfacing material that will not be removed and disposed of fol- <br />lowing cessation of mining operations. In addition, the appli- <br />cant should provide information showing that grading and blending <br />of road surfacing material with the surrounding material will not <br />adversely impact topsoil quality and revegetation success. <br />14. The applicant must review the proposed surface water control <br />^'~ y`~ plan and add additional ditches to control runoff from Phase IX <br />•~ as necessary.
