The applicant shall install topsoil stockpile markers at <br />`~ every location where this material is stored. This action shall <br />be taken within 30 days after the permit is issued. <br />~ 8. -The applicant shall submit a description of sewage treatment <br />c <br />~..~ facilities at the mine site and identify any effluent discharge <br />~~ ~ points within 30 days after the permit is issued., <br />9. The applicant shall submit a plan for permanent cessation of <br />operations that commits to fulfillment of reclamation responsi- <br />/~ bilities should operations permanently cease. Additionally, the <br />!/ ~,~ applicant should commit to submitting a plan for temporary cessa- <br />tion of operations within 30 days after such cessation begins. <br />The information should be in accordance with section 4.30.1 of <br />the Colorado Permanent Regulatory Program and should be submitted <br />within 30 days after the permit is issued. <br />0~ 10. Within 30 days of permit issuance the applicant shall submit <br />' longitudinal profiles of existing and proposed haul roads to <br />enable compliance determination. <br />/~ 11. The applicant shall submit plans for temporary erosion con- <br />n c trol measures for road cuts and surrounding areas disturbed by <br />construction, including, but not limited to a discussion of <br />stabilizations materials (e.g., vegetation or other means). <br />1-2-:~_ The applicant shall submit details of road embankments, <br />including "specifications for slopes, embankment material (rock <br />fragment dimensions, presence of acid forming, organic materials, <br />etc.), construction methodology (leveling, compaction, etc.), <br />removal. of vegetation and topsoil, and temporary erosion control <br />measures. <br />-14- <br />
