The information requested is addressed in our response <br />to Item #5, above. <br />10. Copies of requested surveys have been provided in <br />Appendix J along with additional survey work completed <br />late in 1980. Pursuant to Colorado regulations, a state- <br />ment has been provided in Section 4.1.3 that no cultural <br />or historical resources are known to exist in the mine <br />plan area. <br />11. An expanded narrative on the geology of the area is <br />incorporated into Sections 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 and provides <br />specific information that will allow for an accurate <br />assessment of hydrologic consequences related to this <br />underground operation. This information is referenced to <br />Appendix G, along with Figures and Tables referenced in <br />the text. <br />12. Additional ground water assessment was performed and a <br />more detailed, comprehensive description of conditions <br />and lack of potential impacts has been provided in Sections <br />2.3.2 and 4. 4. <br />
