This response is formatted in <br />the order of your presentation of comments, and should serve to assist <br />in the expeditions re-review of the application. <br />1. In general, all technical information has been properly <br />referenced and included in the application. As approp- <br />riate, this information was addressed in Chapter 1.0 <br />and/or by separate page at the conclusion of respective <br />chapters. <br />2. Signature page on new Application Form has been certi- <br />fied true and correct to the best of the signatory's <br />information and belief; a notary statement is found on <br />page 8a of the application. <br />3. Names and addresses of principals, officers, resident <br />agents, etc. are provided in Appendix A. <br />4. A statement has been included in the text (Section 9.1.1) <br />that the permit area is not within an area designated as <br />unsuitable for underground mining or within an area under <br />study for such designation per 30 CFR 769 or 765. <br />
