The maintenance of all <br />roads within the permit area will be under the direct <br />supervision of the Applicant's Chief Civil Engineer, <br />who is a registered professional engineer. The <br />grade, alignment, and other design criteria of the <br />existing Class II Roads are adequate in light of the <br />voltmme of traffic and weight and speed of the <br />vehicles.
