The pond specifications for the Fill 3 pond have been modified on Exhibit 15-14. <br />The Jeff Canyon surface mine ponds are conservatively designed to reflect a worst case <br />topography, soil and vegetation condition at the site, namely immediately following <br />salvage of topsoil on the existing topography. This condition will exist for less than a <br />few months, at which time mining will commence, and a depression will exist on the <br />upper slopes.
