They also filed to acquire. 300 cfs of unclaimed irrigation <br />return flows in the reach. <br />5. Reoperation of the Aspinall Unit to provide test flows and enhance <br />endangered fish habitat conditions in the Gunnison and Colorado <br />Rivers. <br />6. Experimental razorback sucker stocking was conducted in the Upper <br />Colorado River and the Gunnison River. Forty-one adult razorbacks <br />were implanted with radio tags and subsequently monitored. About <br />10 percent of these fish have survived. <br />B. Actions which result in a measurable population response, a measurable <br />improvement of habitat, legal protection of flows, or a reduction in the <br />threat of immediate extinction: <br />1. Reoperation of Flaming Gorge Pro~ect.to enhance endangered fish <br />habitat in the Green River pursuant to the biological opinion on the <br />reoperation of the Flaming Gorge Project. <br />2. Partial establishment of refugia for razorback. sucker from the Green <br />and Yampa Rivers. <br />
