For additional Haul roads to be constructed this permit term, (other than the Pit 4 haul road) information on aesign, construction an:. drainage as spec ifiea by kule 2.U5.3(3)(c) must be submitted. 3. The application states that; based upon the landowner's request, haul roads will remain following mining and reclamation. The usefulness of the main haul road and the Pit 4 haul road with regard to providing access to the property is apparent. The justification for the short road segments which provide access to Pits 5, 7, and 8 is not apparent. These road segments should be reclaimed, unless the landowner specifically requests that they remain.
