The application states that; based upon the landowner's request, <br /> haul roads will remain following mining and reclamation. The <br /> usefulness of the main haul road and the Pit 4 haul road with <br /> regard to providing access to the property is apparent. The <br /> justification for the short road segments which provide access to <br /> Pits 5, 7, and 8 is not apparent. These road segments should be <br /> reclaimed, unless the landowner specifically requests that they <br /> remain. <br /> <br /> <br />
