Tne facilities maps have not been updated since <br />tney were certified. All maps in the amended application must oe current <br />and reflect all charges that have occurred duriny the review, process. <br />The text and maps which reference existiny mining facilities ~uust be <br />revised to be consistent with each other and must accurately represent <br />what is on the yround. The maps must be certified by a qualified <br />reyistered professional as required by Rule 2.10. <br />A.
