LCC is expanding the road from a 12- <br />foot running surface to a 30-foot surface...Al] water conveyance devices will be expanded <br />to accommodate the a~der road". <br />Please provide the information required by Section 2.05.3(3)(b)(i) for existine structures. <br />If this bridge is to be modified, the additional information required under Section <br />2.05.3(3)(b)(ii) must also be provided. <br />es e <br />Upgrades to the Purgatoire River bridge are described on revised page 2.06-3 and new Figure <br />2.06-1. <br />82. It is uncleaz from the language in page 2.05-12 what equipment will be in both the P1 and <br />P2 mines. Will the maximum amount of coal <br />stacked at the P 1 /P2 portal azea therefore be 7500 tons or 15,000 tons? <br />• Response <br />The Division correctly reviewed Figure 2.05.3-5; the maximum amount of coal stacked at <br />the Pl/P2 will be 15,000 tons. The text has been modified to clarify this information on <br />revised page 2.05-12. <br />Rule 2.05.3(4 Operation Plan -Ponds. Impoundments and Diversions <br />83. Mine Plan Map 2.05.3-1 does not depict accurate locations for all sediment ponds as the text <br />states on page 2.05-33. Noted inaccuracies or omissions include Upper and Middle Jeff, <br />R1/R2 location, Fill 7 and Fill 9 ponds and P3 fill. <br />Response <br />Mine Plan Map 2.05.3-1 has been modified to reflect the proposed locations of the sediment <br />ponds. <br />84.
