Res~nse <br />The elevations and locations of monitoring stations have been included on the revised Water <br />Resource Map 2.04.7-1. <br />53. Within the <br />rn` x. text on page 2.04-19 and page 44 of the Groundwater Technical Report the flow direction <br />poc was described as flowing to the northeast which is consistent with the gradient map <br />Rule 2.04.8 Climatolog~al Information <br />54. ~~ The information presented in this section is incompliance with the Rules. <br />Res~nse <br />No response is required for this section. <br />• Rule 2.04.9 Soils Resource Information <br />~~` 55. The legend on the Soils Map 2.04.9-1, is insufficient. The legend does not define the soil <br />mapping symbols. Defutition for soil mapping symbols; CED, C2D, C3F, M11D, PJE, PJF, <br />and P3E, should all be included on the map. <br />Response <br />The legend on Map 2.04.9-1 has been corrected. <br />56. Rule 2.04.9(1)(d) and (e) require the applicant to include: <br />(d) A narrative or table shall be provided which addresses the suitability of each <br />major soil horizon as a plant growth media based on its physical and chemical <br />chazacteristics. <br />Response <br />Horizon suitability is addressed in narrative form on pages 2.04-42 and 2.04.43. <br />(e) A discussion of present and potential productivity of soils. <br />• <br />15 <br />
