Response <br />• DH-80 has been incorporated into the cross section C-C' on the Geology map. <br />Rule 2.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />48. Page 2.04-10 of the permit text states "This fracturing is mainly associated with igneous <br />intrusives, which have not been encountered in the azea." Igneous intrusives aze encountered <br />within the permit area, mainly as sills. This statement is incorrect and needs modified or <br />deleted. <br />onse <br />The sentence "This fracturing is mainly associated with igneous intrusives, which have not <br />been encountered in the azea", located on page 2.04-10, has been changed to read, "This <br />fracturing is mainly associated with igneous intnuives, which have been encountered in the <br />azea". <br />49. The map which depicts wells, water rights, ditches, etc. should be referenced in the text <br />under the heading Altemative Water Supply. <br />ResQonse <br />• Map 2.04.7-1 has been referenced in the Altemative Water Supply Information section of the <br />permit on revised page 2.04-32. <br />50. The scale baz on Water Resources Map 2.04.7-1 is incorrect. It should be 1 inch equals 1000 <br />feet. <br />Response <br />The scale baz on Water Resources Map 2.04.7-1 has been modified to reflect the actual scale. <br />51. How will the bathhouse water from the bathhouse for the underground mine(s) be handled? <br />ResQonse <br />LCC proposed not to hav both ouse facilities. In the event bath houses aze constructed, <br />LCC plans to install modal eatment plants at each of the underground mines. <br />52.
