The narrative should give approximate dates as they relate to each phase of the operation described in the text. This information is needed to help correlate the operation timetable with the reclama- tion timetable and to ensure that contemporaneous reclamation will take place. This can be described under 2.03.8(1). 2.05.3(2) 2. The application describes a proposed coal preparation facility for the operation. If it is the intention of Chimney Rock Coal to have said facility permitted under this application, then all information necessary to ensure compliance with the Act and Regulations of the Division must be submitted for inclusion in the application. If this information is not submitted then an amendment or technical revision will have to be submitted before any construction of the preparation facility occurs. 2.05.3(3)(a) 3. It should be demonstrated that all existing structures (access and haul roads, etc.) meet the performance standards of the Act and Rule 4 pursuant to, 207.6(3)(a)(i)(A).
