~J <br /> <br />3. The runoff characteristics of the area were described in <br />the meeting with OSM and the CMLR. It was decided that no <br />additional data need be provided. <br />4. The periodic removal of sediments from the pond is addressed <br />in Section 2.4.4 (page 2-28a). <br />5. The pond is incised with the embankment material coming <br />from this action. As this was explained to the satisfaction <br />of CASLR, no reference was made in the application text. <br />6. All discharge structures, in conjunction with Appendix M <br />and Tables 4.2-11 and 4.2-12, have been adequately addressed. <br />7.
