<br />2.05.4 (2) (b) <br />Table 3.7-1 has been redone to exhibit the requested information. <br />2.05.4(2){c) <br />1. The post mining configuration (Figure 3.1-1) has been <br />supplemented with cross-sections as requested. <br />2. The sediment pond will be reclaimed after successful revege- <br />tation of other affected areas. Section 3.3 has been revised <br />to clarify this point. <br />3. No response to this comment is necessary as agreed in the <br />OSM, Cb7LR, SEI meeting. <br />9. A response was not.:considered necessary as it was <br />agreed that the matter was adequately addressed in the original <br />submittal. <br />5. The requested information is found in Section 3.4.6 of the <br />reclamation plan. <br />6. This matter was resolved with no need to provide information <br />herein. It was decided that this portion of the vegetative <br />study is acceptable. <br />7. No response is necessary on this comment. <br />The question of fencing can be resolved prior to the revegetation <br />and reference in the year 2011. SEI will conform to all applicable <br />requirements in this regard. <br />
