It was agreed that CMLR would evaluate and respond to SEI's <br />question as to whether the BLM's concurrence (approval) with the <br />mine plan constituted landowner's approval for retention of the <br />road in question in that the BLM is itself the landowner. <br />9. Requested calculations and design specifics for drainage <br />ditches.is provided in new Appendix M. <br />5. Calculations and design specifics for all culverts is <br />provided in Appendix M.
