This appears confirmed
on page 2.06-3 of the application, which states "The Lorencito Canyon Mine access road
utilizes a historic ranch road, and crosses the Purgatoire River AVF. I.CC is expanding
the road from a 12-foot running surface to a 30-foot surface...All water conveyance
devices will be expanded to accommodate the wider road".
Please provide the information required by Section 2.05.3(3)(b)(i) for existin structures.
If this bridge is to be modified, the additional information required under Section
2.05.3(3)(b)(ii) must also be provided.
82. It is uncleaz from the language in page 2.05-12 what equipment will be in both the PI and
©~` P2 mines. From Figure 2.05.3-5, it appears that both mines will have a 48 inch conveyor
system, 60 foot radial stackers, and a coal stockpile. Will the maximum amount of coal
stacked at the P1/P2 portal azea therefore be 7500 tons or 15,000 tons?
Rule 2.05.3(4) Operation Plan -Ponds, Impoundments and Diversions
83. Mine Plan Map 2.05.3-1 does not depict accurate locations for all sediment ponds as the
. b`~ text states on page 2.05-33. Noted inaccuracies or omissions include Upper and Middle
Jeff, R]!R2 location, Fill 7 and Fill 9 ponds and P3 fill.
