The eight (8) pole <br />structure is enclosed in a six (6) feet cha~.n lint. fenced area <br />80 x 43 feet. The substation is designed to a11o•~r replacement <br />of only the transformers to upgrade the system to 7500 KVA. The <br />substation is centrally located fo'r power distribution to both <br />mines. <br />Additional 12,460 V lines wi7.1 be constructed as shown in <br />Drawing 2.05.3(b)(vi)(C)-2 to connect the new substation to the <br />er.isting substation in the :service P.rea. At the same time part of. <br />the existing line will be removed.
