Include a compliance plan for <br />eac'ti structure pursuant to parts (1)-(4) of this sub- <br />section. <br />784.13 <br />(a)(1) No time table indicating projected dates which coincide <br />with a planting date is provided. <br />(2) No supporting calculations are provided. <br />(3) It is not clear how grading of the reservoir and sedi- <br />ment pond will take place or if there is enough material <br />to return these areas to original contour. There is no <br />mention in the plan of ripping of discing of the areas <br />to be resoiled as required. <br />In terms of seed bed preparation, the methods for scar- <br />afying resoiled areas is not described (i.e., no mach- <br />inery listed which could complete this activity). <br />Grading the coal stockpile site (after operations cease) <br />may result in the loss of more than 1" of soil due to <br />possible toxic concentrations in the soil profile resul- <br />tant from long-term stockpiling. <br />(4) rlachinery to be used in toysoil stripping is not listed. <br />The location and method of salvaging soils must be stated. <br />7 <br />
