Basically, it follows the order of the Regulations <br />of the Colorado h:fined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Ffining, P,u1e 2. <br />Rule 2, outlines the minimum requirements which must be submitted in a <br />permit application for surface coal mining and reclamation operations. <br />Further, Rule 2 is broken into sub-categories such as Iega1 and financial <br />compliance, environmental baseline data, etc. Therefore, a deficiency <br />cited as 2.04.0(2) indicates that the basic minimum requirements for <br />geologic baseline data have rot been met. The applicant can then turn to <br />this section of the regulations to see exactly what additional data needs <br />to be submitted in the application. <br />• <br />• <br />
