Z would like to stress the preliminary
nature of this report, as the revie;,r of your application cannot be completed
without benefit of additior,aZ infoz~mation. I suggest.that your responses
to the deficiencies enumerated in the enclosed text be given a high
priority. Due to the time constraints imposed by the February 19812
settlement agreement it is imperative that you address these issues in a
timely and comprehensive manner. If Sunbelt submits a complete and
adequate response package by December 31, 1982, the Divi.sicn would most Iil:ely
be able to complete its review and prepare the required findings of
compliance required by law for permit issuance. Responses must be
submitted in a manner that will facilitate their insertion or substitution
in the existing application, this must be done for all six copies (h1LRD - 5,
County C1erY. - 2).
If you have any questions please contact me.
S1 nC etely,
~~.~ \\\`\ r~
Plichael Long ~_
Reclamation Specialist
!dL/ ep
•
